All of the meat used here at Wolff-Evans hq is all very locally sourced from our friend down the road at Wicks Manor farm who are mad about rearing pigs.
When someone invents a machine that can add the love and passion intodoing what we do let us know. In the meantime we'll keep making it all by hand.
The eggs that go into each and every one of our scotchies are always free range. Thats what gives them their beautiful taste and colour.

THERE IS NO MACHINE THAT CAN PRODUCE SCOTCH EGGS LIKE OURS SO WE'LL KEEP HAND ROLLING EACH ONE.

Father and Son team, Harry and Bill, started this journey in 2013 with no customers and no clue what they were doing. They still don't have a clue but have managed to pick up some great customers along the way.
